Conntap Terms of Service

Welcome to Conntap! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Conntap platform, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Custom Podcast Solutions, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. By using our website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Overview

Conntap provides tools that simplify how individuals and businesses share digital content in real-world environments. These include physical products (like NFC and QR-enabled cards, tags, or signs) and digital services (such as profile pages, analytics, and link management tools).

By accessing or using Conntap, you agree to these Terms and any updates we post from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Conntap, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Keep your login credentials secure

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Products & Orders

Conntap offers both digital services and physical products.

• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment

• Shipping: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays due to third parties or events beyond our control

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

4. Returns & Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products:

• Hardware Warranty: All hardware is covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects

• Returns: All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Return requests require prior approval

• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, loss, or unauthorized modifications

5. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Promote or link to illegal, misleading, or harmful content

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Reverse-engineer or copy our software

• Send spam or unauthorized promotions

• Sell counterfeit goods

Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination.

6. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content, links, or media shared through your Conntap profile.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Infringes any third-party rights

• Is obscene, harmful, libelous, or abusive

• Violates any applicable laws

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms. By posting, you grant Conntap a non-exclusive license to use, display, and reproduce that content as needed for operation and promotion of the Services.

7. Software & App Usage

If you access our Services through mobile apps or third-party platforms (e.g., Apple), you acknowledge:

• These Terms are between you and Conntap, not Apple or any other marketplace

• Apple is not responsible for customer support or legal claims

• Apple may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on Conntap are the property of Custom Podcast Solutions, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our Services without prior written permission.

9. Hyperlinking and Content Liability

• Certain organizations (e.g., government agencies, search engines) may link to our site without prior approval

• Other link requests may be considered upon written request to solutions@conntap.com

• We are not responsible for content that appears on third-party websites. You agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims related to your site linking to ours

10. Resellers & Enterprise Use

Authorized resellers may promote and distribute Conntap products under separate agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that all clients or downstream users comply with these Terms. Abuse may result in revocation of reseller status.

11. Service Availability & Modifications

While we strive to maintain reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without liability.

12. Compliance & Export Controls

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Conntap complies with all applicable local laws, export regulations, and international restrictions.

13. Privacy & Cookies

• Privacy: Your use of Conntap is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data

• Cookies: We use cookies to enhance functionality and track usage. You may choose to disable cookies, but doing so may affect website functionality

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Conntap, Custom Podcast Solutions, LLC, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your content or activities through the platform

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We make no guarantees about accuracy, uptime, or specific outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim

• If using the website for free, you do so at your own risk

17. Dispute Resolution

You agree that any disputes will first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Camden County, New Jersey under the laws of the State of New Jersey.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and noted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
